GLOBAL PAYMENT ASSOCIATION “GPA” is a voluntary non-governmental non-profit association and created by the decision of the Constituent Assembly and in accordance with the Constituent Agreement.
The main goal of the Association’s activity is to promote the development of convenient and secure payment instruments and services in Ukraine that are used by financial institutions. The Association works to make using of all available payment instruments and technologies in Ukraine in the provision of financial services and comply with the order of their use. The Association takes part in forming of the legislative and normative basis in cooperation with other state bodies, which provides an opportunity for all participants and members of the Association to develop a safe infrastructure for using payment instruments and increase profitability of their own business. For payment service users it’s a safe and comfortable payments in Ukraine and abroad.

One of the main tasks of the Association is to improve the interaction of non-governmental and public sectors in providing countermeasures to payment and other financial offenses, development, implementation and applying of software products, projects for joint use and realization by law enforcement agencies, prosecutors and other state bodies, Association Members and other payment system participants, payment institutions, payment systems, money transfer systems, the National Bank of Ukraine and other authorized government agencies in regulating the financial services market.
